Yoav
Founder
Yoav is a self-taught engineer and founder whose career spans more than two decades across eleven startups. A high school dropout turned technical leader, he’s built and scaled products used by millions — including seven years at Webflow, where he joined at just twelve people and was the tech lead and architect for the Rich Text Editor, Multiplayer, Asset Manager, Responsive Images, Data Integrity and Migration Systems and more as the company grew into a $4 billion unicorn.
Over the years, he’s worn nearly every hat — founder, CTO, engineering manager, and principal engineer — but what’s remained constant is his commitment to mentoring others across every function.
Now, as founder of Blackboard Technologies, Yoav is self-funding a ten-year vision: to build deep tech products and open-source tools like Dash, Electrobun, and GoldfishDB, for builders who care about speed, depth, and craft.
